- How do I transfer my old apps to a new iPad I just bought.
On your new iPad, open the App Store app. Sign in to the App Store using the iTunes account you used to buy the apps. Tap "Updates", tap "Purchased", and then tap "Not on this iPad". You will see a list of all the apps you previously purchased. Tap the cloud icon for any app you wish to install on your new iPad.
- What if I can't remember the iTunes account username or password I used to buy apps on my old iPad?
Unfortunately, you will have to Contact Apple if you need help with your iTunes username or password. When you purchase one of our apps, we don't receive any information, like your name or email, from Apple.
- I bought the extra quizzes in the Math app on my old iPad. How do I get these quizzes on my new iPad?
Tap the Restore button and sign in to the App Store using the same account you used to purchase the extra quizzes on your old iPad.
- Do you offer a discount for educational purchases?
Yes, if you buy our apps using the Apple Volume Purchase Program you'll get a 50% educational discount.
